01 Do you specialize in German vehicles?

Yes — BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, and Porsche are our bread and butter. We carry OEM-quality parts and use factory-level diagnostics, so you get dealer results without the dealer markup.

02 Can you program a replacement key or fob?

Yes. We cut and program transponder keys, smart keys, and fobs on-site — usually same day, and at a fraction of what a dealership charges. Works on most makes, not just German.

03 Are you really open every day, including Sunday evenings?

Yes — 9:30 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week. If your car breaks down on a Saturday night, we're still here. Book online or just show up.

04 What body work do you handle?

Full in-house body shop — dent removal, scratch and paint repair, and collision work. Everything stays under one roof so there's no waiting on a third-party shop.

06 Do you work on non-German cars too?

We do. German vehicles are our specialty, but we service domestic and Asian makes for general repair, oil changes, brakes, tires, and diagnostics.

07 What's the Enterprise Rent-A-Car towing?

We're an authorized towing and recovery partner for Enterprise Rent-A-Car fleet vehicles in the Murray area. If you're in a rental that breaks down nearby, we may already be the ones coming to get you.

08 How do I know what it'll cost before I commit?

We diagnose first, then give you a price before we touch anything. No surprise bills. If the cost changes mid-job, we call you before we continue.
